Recently, I started listening to podcasts on my iPhone.  I love being able to learn while walking along the river, driving in my car, or doing chores.

If you haven’t listened to podcasts before, it’s really easy.  You probably already have the podcast app on your iPhone.  All you have to do is search for a podcast and subscribe.

One podcast I enjoy, the Nutrition Matters Podcast, had mentioned Health at Every Size® (HAES) a few times, but had yet to dive deep into the topic.  I reached out the the podcast host, and she invited me to be on the show.  The episode was published last week.

In this heartfelt podcast, listeners submit ‘Dear Abby’ style letters to food. Julie responds, giving caring and compassionate insights that help listeners to work through food and body image issues. Oftentimes, Julie will phone a friend to share their expertise as well. The letters are very relatable, and the responses are warm and genuine.

A fun and engaging podcast by my favorite blogger and her equally awesome colleague.  They discuss Health at Every Size®, intuitive eating, and body positivity to help listeners embrace their health without shaming their bodies.

Eating disorder expert Christy Harrison interviews other professionals on topics such as intuitive eating, body image, and eating disorder recovery.  Episode 42 is especially awesome; Christy interviews HAES leader Linda Bacon.
