Serves 1
Ingredients:
1/4 cup beets, chopped
1 1/2 cups kale, chopped
1/4 cup diced carrots
1 cup frozen fruit
1 cup non-fat milk
1/4 cup greek yogurt
Directions:
Put everything into blender. Blend and drink.
